Andes Expedition Institute

The summit begins60 days beforethe expedition.

Elite mountain expeditions in the Argentine Andes, with complete physical preparation included.

We don't sell tours.
We prepare people for mountains.

Why we're different

A guide is the smaller
part of what we do

Not just a guide

We take responsibility for the whole path to the summit, not just the days on the route.

Complete preparation

8–10 weeks of training, monitoring, and progress reviews before you ever see the mountain.

Small groups

Up to 8 people per group — small enough for the coach and guide to know every participant personally.

Professional coach

A personal strength-and-endurance coach guides you through the whole cycle.

Licensed mountain guide

On the route, a guide with an official license and experience climbing this specific peak.

Health monitoring

Heart rate, recovery, and wellbeing are tracked throughout the entire preparation.

Personal training

The plan is built around your current level, not pulled from a generic template.

Maximum safety

The decision to allow you on the mountain is based on data, not on the desire to sell a tour.

Three levels. One path.

Choose your summit

01

Level 1

First discovery

Your first encounter with the mountains. No mountaineering experience needed. No extreme exertion. You'll learn to move on mountain trails, get to know the nature of the Andes, feel the power of altitude, and realize you're capable of more than you thought. This is the start of a much longer path.

02

Level 2

The real challenge

The next step for those ready to go further. More altitude. More responsibility. More physical and psychological demands. This is where real self-confidence is born. You stop doubting. You start trusting yourself.

03

Level 3

Expedition

The highest peaks in South America. Multi-day ascents. Life in base camps. Acclimatization. Harsh weather conditions. And the main goal — Aconcagua. Nearly seven thousand meters above sea level. But even that summit is just a symbol of the journey a person makes within themselves.

We don't just prepare the route.
We prepare people.

Every participant receives a preparation program built specifically for their chosen expedition. Depending on the route's difficulty, we help you develop:

  • overall endurance
  • strength
  • resilience to sustained effort
  • mountain movement skills

Online preparation

Months before the expedition, you already become part of the team. The program includes:

  • an individual fitness assessment
  • a training plan adapted to your level
  • regular feedback from a coach
  • equipment recommendations
  • preparation for altitude and long stretches on foot
  • a private chat with your expedition teammates

By the time you meet in the mountains, you'll already know your future teammates and feel confident in your own abilities. Our goal is for you to enjoy the journey, not just fight through exhaustion.

Testimonials

What climbers
say afterward

«Eight weeks of training, and at altitude I felt more confident than I expected. The guide knew the route by heart, and the coach stayed in touch the whole way.»

Dmitri V.
Aconcagua, 6,961 m

«I worried I wouldn't be fit enough. The personal plan and weekly check-ins took most of that anxiety away before I even flew out.»

Marina K.
Ojos del Salado, 6,893 m

«The small group mattered. The guide actually knew how each of us was handling the altitude, not just leading a crowd.»

Alexei P.
Lanín, 3,747 m

Our philosophy

The world is vast. But the biggest discoveries happen inside a person.

We believe real growth begins where the comfort zone ends.

Altitude, wind, cold, the miles, the exhaustion, and the incredible landscapes are just tools that help you see who you really are.

That's why every one of our expeditions isn't just a trip. It's a personal story.

Frequently asked questions

Before you
